These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Mr. Money ("the App"), operated by Hasnain Shabir. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mr. Money for your own personal finance tracking. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or attempt to extract its source code, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
You can create an account with an email and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Mr. Money is a tool for recording and visualizing your own financial information. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing in the App should be relied upon as such. Any budgets, insights, charts, or investment figures are informational only and based on the data you enter. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
The insights and reports the App produces are only as accurate as the information you enter. You are responsible for the correctness of your records. We are not responsible for decisions made based on data you entered or for errors in that data.
Mr. Money is currently free to use, and all of its features are included at no cost. This version contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If we introduce optional paid plans in a future version, any purchase would be sold and processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and subject to that store's terms, and we would make the price and terms clear before you buy.
When your data is stored only on your device, it exists solely there; uninstalling the App, clearing its data, or losing your device will permanently delete it. We recommend using the Export feature and the optional cloud backup to keep copies. We are not responsible for any loss of locally-stored data.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt its operation or our backend, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, or to use it in any way that could harm the App or other users.
The App, including its name, design, logos, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. The financial data you enter remains yours.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the App unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
